Road Vehicles

Had to happen that road trains will get bigger and longer ( dunno why when there is rail - some of which are no longer used , cheaper to put it on road - that it is not utilised .

Your statement "the units take forever to get moving " I would imagine means they will also take longer to stop or slow down . Pity the person who has to drive them and contend with those of us who have to be first off the lights or squeeze passed when the overtaking lane reverts back to single lane . Bad enough driving a truck load of cattle and a driver will pass and then 1 or 200 yards down the road brake to turn off , sure gets the cattle restless when you have to stand on the brake and hope , because there is just no where to go .

May the wind be always at your back . Regards Les
